Surveying

Control points or reference points with fixed coordinates are necessary for topographic mapping and surveying in the city area. Since 2013, the geodetic network of MIletus has been continuously updated and expanded by a team from Berliner Hochschule für Technik  kontinuierlich aktualisiert und erweitert. An online map of the reference points can be found in the iDAI.geoserver portal with the title "Miletus Surveying Reference Points". The map can be integrated as a WMS layer in any common GIS software. In addition, we provide a catalogue of the reference points with photos and location sketches as a PDF.
